Classroom Faces is operated by A+ Images, Inc. These Terms & Conditions cover your use of the Classroom Faces website and the ordering process described below. Please read them before using the site or submitting an order. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Ordering and payment
Classroom Faces orders are currently submitted by mail using our order forms and student drawings. Payment may be made by check or purchase order (PO), or through a Square payment link we send to you. This website does not currently accept checkout payments.
Approved school purchase orders satisfy the payment requirement for order processing. Artwork, printing and shipping may proceed before the PO invoice is paid, provided the order is otherwise ready. This processing authorization does not mean money has been received.
Provide accurate and complete order, billing, shipping and contact information. You must be authorized to use the payment method you provide. Square processes payments made through its payment links; please review the terms and privacy information shown by Square. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information provided to us.
We may refuse or cancel an order because of product availability, pricing or description errors, errors in the order, suspected fraud, unauthorized or illegal transactions, or other reasons described in our existing ordering policies.
Cancellation policy
Once you mail your order, it is considered final. Cancellation requests are accepted by email only. Email info@classroomfaces.com to request cancellation. The following fees may apply to each order/class:
- Before we receive your order: no cancellation fee.
- After we receive your order, but before artwork begins: $25 cancellation fee per order/class.
- Once artwork begins, including while your layout is being prepared or after it is completed: $60 cancellation fee per order/class.
- After your shirts have been printed: no refunds for cancellation.
Cancellation fees cover the costs of entering the order, processing payment and ordering shirts. The $60 fee also covers the labor involved in preparing your layout and is based on the $35 artwork charge.
If an eligible canceled order has already been paid, we issue credit toward a future order after deducting the applicable cancellation fee. We do not return the remaining payment as a cash or payment refund.

Proof review and order problems
Carefully review your layout proof before approving it. You are responsible for errors present in a proof that you approve. Approval does not transfer responsibility to Classroom Faces for those customer-approved errors.
If we make an error with your order, we will contact you to discuss appropriate options. Depending on the issue, those options may include a discount or a reprint. No single remedy is promised for every situation. If you notice a printing or order problem, contact info@classroomfaces.com within one business day of delivery so we can review it with you.
Student drawings and permission
The adult submitting drawings must have the necessary permission to use the artwork and any included student names for the shirt order. Only submit material you are authorized to use. Submitting drawings for an order does not grant permission for us to use them in public marketing.
Product information and availability
We update product and ordering information regularly, but website and advertising updates may be delayed. Information may contain errors, omissions or outdated details, and products may become unavailable. We do not guarantee that all information is complete or current. We may correct or update information, including prices and descriptions, without prior notice.
Website content and trademarks
The website and its original content, features and functionality belong to A+ Images, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other laws. Classroom Faces is a registered trademark of A+ Images, Inc. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with a product or service without our prior written permission. This section does not transfer ownership of student artwork to us.
Links to other websites
We may link to websites or services operated by others. A+ Images, Inc. does not control their content, offerings, privacy practices or terms, and does not warrant their offerings. We are not responsible for loss or damage arising from your use of or reliance on those third-party websites, products or services. Review their terms and privacy policies before using them.
Website access
We may suspend or terminate access to the website immediately, without prior notice or liability, at our discretion, including when these terms are breached. Provisions that by their nature continue after termination remain in effect, including ownership provisions and applicable warranty disclaimers, indemnity and liability limitations.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Indiana, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Not enforcing a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later. If a court finds a provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These terms constitute the agreement regarding use of this website and replace previous agreements regarding that use.
Changes to these terms
We may modify or replace these terms. For a material revision, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice before the new terms take effect. We determine whether a revision is material. Continuing to use the website after revised terms take effect means you accept them. If you do not agree, stop using the website.
