About this policy
Classroom Faces is operated by A+ Images, Inc. This policy explains how we handle information connected with our website, mail-in shirt orders and adult communications. Contact us at info@classroomfaces.com, (317) 405-8955, or 5700 W Minnesota St. STE A5, Indianapolis, IN 46241.
Information you provide
Adult customers provide contact, school, mailing, order and payment-related information when placing an order or contacting us. Mailed orders may include student drawings and names for the shirt layout. Teacher-partner applicants provide an adult name, email, website or social handles, teaching audience and planned promotion methods. Do not include student information, artwork or banking/card details in the partner application.
How we use information
We use information to prepare layouts and proofs, process and fulfill orders, communicate about orders, provide support, review adult partner applications, maintain business records and protect the website from misuse. We currently send order-related emails rather than promotional email campaigns. Promotional emails and affiliate tracking are future possibilities, not active features of this protected preview; any changes will be described before those activities begin.
Student artwork and class photos
This website is intended for adult teachers, school staff and coordinators. We do not offer children’s accounts or public artwork uploads. Adult-submitted orders can contain student drawings and names; we use those materials to create the ordered shirts. Submitting artwork does not grant permission for public marketing use. The submitting adult is responsible for any permissions necessary for the order, as described in our Terms & Conditions. Before publishing a teacher-submitted class photograph, we require the teacher or school to confirm that permission has been obtained for every identifiable student. If you have a concern about a student’s information or an image, contact us.
How long we retain information
We retain order forms for seven years. We retain digital layouts for at least one year and may keep them longer. Original drawings mailed to us are not retained or returned. These periods do not promise that a particular layout will remain available indefinitely. Contact us about questions concerning a previous order or retained information.
Payments through Square
Orders currently use checks, purchase orders or Square payment links we send to customers. This website does not currently offer online checkout. Card details entered through a Square payment link are provided to Square rather than collected by this website. Square handles that information under its own Privacy Policy.
Service providers and sharing
We do not sell personal information or share customer lists with other businesses. Providers that support our operations may process information needed for services such as website hosting and security, email, payment processing, shipping and analytics. This operational processing is different from providing customer lists for another business’s marketing. We may disclose information when required by law or a valid public-authority request, or when necessary to protect rights, safety and security or investigate misuse. If a merger, acquisition or asset sale changes who handles your information under a different policy, we will provide notice before that transfer.
Website information, cookies and local storage
Website hosting and security systems may process request information such as IP addresses, browser details, requested pages and access times. WordPress uses cookies for authenticated staff sessions. Spam prevention uses submitted email and request IP information to generate a hashed rate-limit key. The turnaround notification uses browser session storage to remember dismissal for the current tab session; changing the notice can make it appear again. You can manage cookies and stored site data through your browser settings, although blocking some storage may affect site features.
Google Analytics
Our current public website uses Google Analytics to understand website use. Analytics remains disabled on this protected Kinsta review site. Where Google Analytics operates, it can use cookies and similar identifiers to collect website interaction, browser/device and technical information. See How Google uses information from sites that use its services and Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on. We do not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals; this is separate from browser cookie controls and the Google opt-out tool.
Your choices and requests
Email info@classroomfaces.com to ask about information you provided, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. We may need information to verify the request. Some records may need to be retained for order administration, accounting or legal obligations; a deletion request does not automatically remove every record. We have not established a fixed deletion schedule for correspondence or partner applications and their review records. In this protected preview, application notifications are captured privately instead of delivered.
Security and processing location
We use safeguards intended to protect information, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. We operate in the United States; service providers may process information in other locations where laws differ. Do not send card details or sensitive student information through general website forms.
Other websites
Links to third-party sites, including payment and analytics resources, lead to services with their own privacy practices. Review their policies; we do not control those services.
Policy updates
We may update this policy and will post the revised version here with its effective date. Before changes become effective, we will provide an email and/or prominent website notice, consistent with our existing policy. This protected review revision is not a public effective-date announcement.
