Ordering more shirts from an existing design? Start with the reorder form.
1. Choose your shirt option
Start with the kind of printing you want. Each choice below has its own instructions and matching order form.
Review pricing and minimums and shirt and ink colors before collecting payment. For handprint or footprint shirts, read the special artwork guidance first and use a blank sheet of paper.
2. Choose your drawing template
Use one template size for the whole class. If students need more room to draw, choose a larger template. Larger drawings are reduced for the shirt; follow the directions printed on the template.
Face templates include an oval; blank templates leave the drawing area open. 9 Regular means nine outlines per printed page; 4 Medium and 4 Large mean four outlines per page in different sizes. Specialty shapes have their own directions. Your selected template is included in the kit.

4. Collect, check and mail
Let students practice, then collect their final drawings and shirt sizes. Check names, class wording and quantities before you complete the form. For multiple classes, use one form per class and keep each class’s drawings clearly identified.
Cut drawings just inside the template lines, place them in an envelope labeled with the teacher’s name and paperclip it to the completed form. Include the payment or approved purchasing paperwork required by your instructions. Keep a copy of the form and your mailing tracking number.
Before you seal the envelope
Optional printable mailing labels: regular envelope or large envelope or box.
Use this final check alongside the instructions for your selected shirt option.
- Order form: read the PDF instructions first, then complete either the PDF or Excel form for your option. Check the class wording, shirt/ink choices, sizes and quantities.
- Artwork: count the original drawings, keep one template size across the class and place the cut drawings in an envelope labeled with the teacher’s name. Paperclip the envelope to the order form.
- Teacher shirt: if your order includes 15 or more paid shirts, claim the free teacher shirt on the submitted form. Read how to record it correctly.
- Payment and contact: include the check or approved purchasing paperwork required by your form, or select card payment for an emailed Square link. Check the adult contact email and shipping address.
- Packing and timing: make a copy of your paperwork and mail with tracking. UPS or FedEx with tracking are preferred; USPS Priority Mail with tracking is also acceptable. First class mail is not recommended as we’ve frequently seen orders take weeks to arrive, even from neighboring states. Allow for inbound mailing, processing, proof review and outbound shipping.
