Choose a sample letter to help collect shirt sizes and ordering information from families. Each file is an editable Microsoft Word document: use one as a starting point, or combine sections to fit your class.
Personalize before sending
These letters use current base prices. Some letters retain sample dates, school wording and shirt descriptions. Review and personalize your chosen letter before distributing it. Current base prices are $13 for youth and adult S-XL, $16 for adult 2XL-5XL, or $18/$21 for Class of full color. Choose your print option and keep only the applicable prices before distributing the letter. Confirm any tax, artwork or other order charges against current pricing, then personalize:
- Prices and shirt colors
- School/header information and teacher names
- Deadline dates
- Payment methods
Classroom Faces does not accept individual parent checks. Make sure the payment instructions in your letter match how your class is collecting payment. Families return their forms and payment to the teacher or school. The adult coordinator submits the combined class order using the matching order kit and pays by check, approved school purchase order or an emailed Square link.
